Text to coded workflows

Using AutopilotTM you can quickly create code within your coded automations from the following input sources:

  • Comments
  • Specific lines in your automation
  • Custom prompts (for generating code on blank lines in the code editor)
To achieve this, on a blank code line, select the Autopilot icon Autopilot icon and then enter your custom prompt in the Ask Autopilot to generate code field. Besides selecting the Autopilot icon, you can also perform the following actions to open the Ask Autopilot to generate code field:
  • Right-click inside the code editor and select Generate Code.
  • Use the Ctrl + Shift + G keyboard shortcut.

Autopilot also helps you to implement methods, classes, or interfaces, suitable for when you have an XML summary and comments, but lack the actual code. Autopilot offers suggestions, such as Implement method, or Implement class and when you select them, the required code is generated, as well as additional methods or classes, if it's necessary for the automation logic.
