We continue to provide security updates and patches to address Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
When putting the system in maintenance mode to perform an upgrade operation, the Istio gateway is no longer scaled down to
zero to prevent issues affecting the ArgoCD login and
cluster_config.json generation.
