Bug fix

We fixed an issue where Automation Hub failed to start on deployments configured to authenticate to SQL Server using an Entra ID Service Principal. This issue caused a no healthy upstream error and prevented tenant provisioning from completing. Automation Hub now starts and operates correctly in this configuration, with signup and tenant provisioning working end-to-end.
