Updating your license

Follow these steps if you need to update your license:
  1. In your Automation CloudTM Public Sector account, copy your support ID from the bottom of the Administration page.
  2. Access the Activation Portal and paste the support ID in the License Code field.
  3. Click Generate License File, and save the resulting file.
  4. In your Automation CloudTM Public Sector account, in the License section, click Update License. The Update License Offline pane is displayed.
  5. Click Choose File, and select the file generated at step 3.
  6. Click Update at the bottom of the pane.
