Why does a user get a "User does not exist in any organization." error when signing into a Coded App link?

This error appears when the user you shared the Coded App link with is not a member of the organization where the Coded App is deployed.

To resolve it:

1. As the Coded App creator or an organization admin, invite the user to the organization where the app is deployed.
2. As the invited user, accept the invitation and sign in to that organization.

Once the user is part of the organization, they can sign in to the Coded App.

Why does authentication fail after redeploying the Coded App if the org name contains _?

For orgs whose name contains an underscore, the Coded App is reachable at both the underscore and hyphen forms of the URL. The hyphen form is recommended because underscores are not valid in hostnames per RFC 952, and network proxies or firewalls that allowlist by hostname may reject the underscore URL.

When an app is redeployed, its uipath:redirect-uri meta tag uses the hyphen form of the hostname. If the app was originally deployed using the underscore URL, accessing it via the underscore URL after redeploy fails authentication, because the redirect URI in the meta tag no longer matches the URL host.

To resolve it, use one of the following options:

• Access the app via the hyphen URL after redeploy.
• Set the redirect URI dynamically in the app code. See Initialize the UiPath SDK for the recommended pattern.
