Managing permissions at tenant level
Note: This is only applicable for newly-created tenants. For existing tenants, check the Permissions section.
- Log in to UiPath AI Center.
- Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.
- Click Create new to create new users or groups in the Users Management page. You can add several users or groups at the same time and assign one or several roles.
- When the Add Users/Groups page is displayed, you can add users and groups, as well as assign roles.
- Click Create and your new user or group is created.
- Go to the Roles tab in the Users Management page.
- Click Create new and select between Tenant Role and Project Role, depending on the role you want to create.
- Create a new role by providing a name and select the project-level access control you want to assign.
- Click Create and the new role is created.
- Log in to UiPath AI Center.
- Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Edit from the drop-down list.
- When the Edit user assignment page is displayed, you can update the roles assigned to the selected user by clicking on the checkboxes next to the role.
- Click Submit.
- Log in to UiPath AI Center.
- Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Delete from the drop-down list.
Note: When deleting a user, only the roles are removed from the list. The username is still displayed in the list, even though it has no roles assigned.
