Actions Overview
The Overview tab of Action Center allows you to track Actions, through prebuilt dashboards that summarize the Actions created up to the last 30 days. These dashboards display information about:
- How many actions are Pending,Completed, or Unassigned, in a specified time, and based on their type or priority.
- The average time it takes to complete an Action.
- How a specific user handles their Actions, for a specific time period.
-
How users handle their actions, based on the Action Catalog to which they belong.
In the Manage Actions view, you can see the Actions that have been assigned to all users. You can also see the actions of a specific user, inside the All users / Username view.
By default, the My Actions view is selected, which displays an overview of your Actions. If you want to view other users' Actions you can select the Manage Actions view.
You can have an overview of Actions, based on the action catalog to which they belong. The default selection for Action Catalog is All catalogs.
You can have an overview of Actions, based on the time when the Actions were created. The default selection for Creation Time is Last Week.
In the My Actions view, the Avg. Completion Time frame shows the average time it takes you to complete an Action.
Status tabs show pie charts for Actions based on their status: Pending,Completed, and Unassigned.
Each status tab displays:
- a pie chart showing Actions by Priority: Low, Medium, High, and Critical;
- a pie chart showing Actions by Type: Data Labeling, Document Classification, Document Validation, External, and Form.
Based on the status tab inside which you're in, the Actions by Priority pie chart displays the total number of Pending,Completed, or Unassigned Actions, and then organizes them by priority.
Clicking a slice of the pie chart redirects you to the Inbox tab, where a list of actions with the corresponding filters (status, priority, creation time) is displayed.
Based on the status tab inside which you're in, the Actions by Type pie chart displays the total number of Pending,Completed, or Unassigned Actions, and organizes them by type.
Clicking a slice of the pie chart redirects you to the Inbox tab, where a list of actions with the corresponding filters (status, type, creation time) is displayed. # Average completion time(??)
