当模型来自通过uip llm-configuration byo-connections配置的自带连接时， IsByo为true 。IsBlockedByPolicy 反映租户级别的监管策略，与模型是否可用无关。空的 Data 数组意味着没有可用于该产品/功能组合的模型，这并非错误。

错误行为

任何失败（包括无活动登录）都会返回带有 Failure 的 Instructions: "Run 'uip login' to authenticate before using this command." — 这是此处 CLI 的通用回退指令，不一定是真正原因；检查附带的 Message 以确定根本错误。
