# Reviewing model impact

> Identify which processes in a tenant used a model over a selected period, before you change its routing or replace it in Model hub.

**Model impact** in [Model hub](./about-model-hub.md) shows which processes in a tenant used a given model over a selected period. Reviewing the impact before you change a model's routing, replace the model, or migrate off one that is deprecating tells you which automations the change affects. ## Prerequisites

* Access to Model hub at the tenant level.
* The product and feature that use the model are enabled for the tenant.

## Check which processes use a model

1. Go to **Test Cloud Admin** > **AI Trust Layer** > **Model hub**, and select a tenant from the **Tenants** panel.
2. Select the **Model impact** tab.
3. From the **Model** list, select the model to review. A model is required; the remaining filters are optional.
4. To narrow the results, select a **Product**, a **Feature**, or both.
5. From the **Period** list, select **Last 30 days**, **Last 7 days**, or **Last day**. The default period is the last 30 days.
6. Select **Search**.

The results list the processes that used the model in the selected period. Entries appear progressively while UiPath retrieves the data, so the list can continue to grow after the first results render.

## Check a model's impact from the Model hub grid

1. On the **Model hub** tab, locate the row whose **Model** is the one you want to inspect.
2. Open the row's context menu and select **Impact**.

**Model impact** opens with the model, product, and feature of that row already selected, and shows the results for that combination.

## Refresh the usage data

Model impact reads from a periodically collected snapshot of tenant usage rather than querying live data, and each set of results shows when the data was last collected. Refreshing collects the usage recorded since then.

1. On the **Model impact** tab, select **Refresh**.
2. Select **Search** to see the updated results.

**Refresh** is available only when the current data is more than 10 minutes old. The limit applies to the whole tenant.
