# Requesting AI and Agentic usage top-ups

> Request an AI and Agentic usage top-up from an administrator when your monthly limit and any top-up are spent, so Autopilot can resume.

The AI and Agentic usage pool is available on the Unified Pricing and Flex licensing plans. It is not available on Community. Feature availability also depends on the cloud platform that you use; for details, refer to the [Feature availability page](https://docs.uipath.com/test-cloud/automation-cloud/latest/admin-guide/test-cloud-feature-availability#test-cloud-product-and-feature-availability).

When your monthly limit and any top-up are spent, Autopilot pauses until a top-up is granted or the monthly limit resets. You cannot grant your own top-up, but you can request one from an administrator. ## Requesting a top-up

1. Go to **Preferences > Licensing**.
2. On the **Usage** page, select **Request top-up**.

**Result:** A request is sent to your license and/or organization administrator, who can grant the top-up from the **User usage** dashboard.
