先决条件

• UiPath Assistant 2023.4.2 或更高版本已连接到具有 Attended 许可证的 Orchestrator。
• At least one automation with the excelAddin tag or created with the "UiPath Assistant for Excel Process" Studio Template.
• Microsoft Excel 2016 或更高版本，或者 Microsoft 365 Excel Online。

重要提示：Microsoft 商店始终提供适用于 Excel 的 UiPath Assistant 加载项的最新版本，这可能会破坏与旧版 UiPath Assistant 的兼容性。因此，专门建议社区版用户安装 Microsoft 商店提供的加载项。对于企业版用户，我们建议使用清单文件部署加载项，以确保兼容性。

使用清单文件

在 Excel 桌面版中

如要启用加载项，需使用名为“侧加载”流程的清单文件。为此，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 从 Customer Portal 的“产品下载”部分下载清单文件。
2. 按照有关本主题的 Microsoft 文档中描述的步骤进行操作。
3. 在 Excel 中，前往“插入”选项卡，单击“我的加载项”，选择“共享文件夹”，单击“UiPath”图块，然后选择“添加”。Microsoft Excel 工具栏中会出现一个名为 UiPath 的新选项卡。
4. 选择 UiPath 选项卡 -> 查找自动化，查看适用于 Excel 的 UiPath Assistant 加载项。

在 Excel 在线版中

1. 在在线版 Excel 中，打开电子表格，然后转到“插入”选项卡。
2. 单击“加载项”>“我的加载项”。
3. 单击“上传我的加载项”，然后浏览到清单文件。

管理员部署

1. 从 Customer Portal 的“产品下载”部分下载清单文件。
2. 在 Cloud 部署环境中，可以使用 Microsoft 365 管理中心向组织部署加载项。阅读有关使用集成应用程序或集中部署的更多信息。

注意：首次加载加载项时，将使用可用的最新版本。创建与 UiPath Assistant 的连接后，加载项版本将与 UiPath Assistant 版本同步。

登录

当你首次打开适用于 Excel 的 UiPath Assistant 加载项时，如果 UiPath Assistant 未运行，系统会提示你启动它。

If you are not logged in the UiPath Assistant, or if no automations are available, make sure you are connected to Orchestrator with a valid attended license, and you have at least one automation that has the excelAddin tag deployed for your account.

使用模板创建自动化

To create an automation for the UiPath Assistant for Excel, use the dedicated Studio template with the same name. This template features the excelAddin tag and two input arguments (in_FilePath and in_Selection) that populate at runtime, making it easier to pass data between Excel and the automation. Since these automations have the excelAddin tag, they are automatically added to the UiPath Assistant for Excel add-in once published.

您也可以创建自己的自动化，确保为这些自动化加上 excelAddin 标签。要从这些输入参数中的任何一个中受益，需要在工作流中进行创建/使用。

当为加载项创建的自动化中存在 in_FilePath 和 in_Selection 输入参数时，系统会自动按如下方式填充：

• in_FilePath (String) - represents the file path from which the add-in is starts the process.
• in_Selection (String) - represents the cell/cells selected when the process is starting.

The in_Selection variable uses the [Sheet]![Range] schema, meaning that if you need to use different selections for different sheets, you can create separate variables to be used as values for each sheet or range.
