## August 31, 2026

### Layout model (preview)

The new **Layout model** intelligent pre-processing option is available in preview. For more details, refer to [Model configuration](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/configuring-the-model#intelligent-pre-processing).

### Bug fixes

The warning for outdated predictions was displayed in the annotation view even when the predictions were not outdated. The warning message now reflects only the current model version.

## August 24, 2026

### Bug fixes

* Date predictions shown in a mismatch comparison included a timestamp, while the corresponding annotation did not. This made a genuine date mismatch look like a time difference. Date predictions are now displayed without the time component, in the same format as annotations.
* Users with the **IXP Viewer** role could edit and save the **Model configuration** settings of a project, and could edit the taxonomy although saving was blocked. Updating the model configuration now requires the **Dataset - Write** permission, and the taxonomy management buttons are disabled for this role.

## August 11, 2026

### Permissions for taxonomy import and export, and for model configuration

Importing and exporting taxonomies now requires the **Dataset - Review** permission instead of **Dataset - Write**. This makes the permission consistent with creating, editing, and deleting individual taxonomy elements, which **Dataset - Review** already granted.

**Dataset - Write** now gates updating the **Model configuration** settings of a project.
