• Fixed an issue where uipcli package deploy failed with an Index was out of range error when the -o / --organizationUnit parameter was omitted. A library is now deployed to the tenant feed, while a process package stops with a clear message because a folder is still required to create one — see Deploying a package to Orchestrator.
• Fixed an issue where uipcli test run could fail while a test set was still being created on Test Manager. Test set creation and execution are now asynchronous, and retries of failed or cancelled test cases use a dedicated endpoint.
