由于 EKS/AKS 上的 Automation Suite 中的 Insights PVC 大小覆盖而升级失败的解决方案。

描述

升级可能会由于现有 Insights PVC 大小在升级过程中被覆盖的问题而失败。 发生此问题的原因是，升级过程中未正确反映对 PVC 大小的意外更改。

解决方案

要解决此问题，您必须在 ArgoCD 用户界面中手动更改 PVC 大小：

1. 在 ArgoCU 用户界面中，选择“Insights”。

2. 选择左上角的“详细信息”按钮，然后选择“参数”选项卡。

3. 选择右上角的“编辑”按钮，然后根据部署的 PVC 大小更新insightslooker.insightslooker.persistence下的size参数。

   • 要检索 insights-looker-lookerdir-pvc 的正确大小，请运行以下命令：

     kubectl get pvc -n uipath insights-looker-lookerdir-pvc -o json |jq -r .status.capacity.storage
     

   • 要检索 insights-looker-datadir-pvc 的正确大小，请运行以下命令：

     kubectl get pvc -n uipath insights-looker-datadir-pvc -o json |jq -r .status.capacity.storage
     

4. 更新“值”字段后，选择“保存”按钮并同步 Insights。
