引入 API 调用

现在提供了一种新类型的服务使用单位：API 调用。它用于衡量 Integration Service 活动的使用情况，并会在每次调用第三方应用程序时被使用。

As with all other consumption units, API calls can be allocated at the organization level, and their availability and usage are visible on the Robots & Services page.
