If you run into installation or upgrade issues, consider the following troubleshooting scenarios:

## Failed to create temp directory

**Description**: When you install or upgrade to this version, the process fails with the following error message: "SFXCA; Failed to create temp directory. Error code 5".

**Solution**: Run the Test Manager installer with administrative privileges. To do this, open the Command Prompt on your machine where you intend to perform the installation. Execute the following command: `UiPathTestManager.msi/l*vx log.txt`. This command installs Test Manager while creating a detailed log file (`log.txt`) which helps in troubleshooting, if issues occur during installation.
