New region: Singapore

Test Manager is now also available in the Singapore region. If you [create a tenant in this region](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-cloud/docs/managing-tenants#adding-tenants) the data for the Test Manager service is hosted in Singapore.

Users with allocated licenses were unable to get full access to Test Manager due to a user session issue.
