This page lists common error messages, their causes, and how you can fix or work around them.
- When the error occurs: When you try to generate or import tests, evaluate requirements, or find obsolete test cases.
- Cause: Autopilot does not detect a specific error, but it also does not return results. Multiple factors can cause this
- Solution: Select Retry to run the action again.
- When the error occurs: You see a token limit error using Autopilot to generate or import tests, evaluate requirements, or find obsolete test cases.
- Cause: The response exceeds the token limit for the selected AI model.
- Solution: Close the side panel and try again using shorter instructions or less context.
- When it happens: Autopilot shows that the request limit was exceeded because of too many images used as context.
- Cause: Your request includes more images than the selected AI model
supports.
For example, GPT-4o (Azure OpenAI) supports up to 50 images.
- Solution: Close the side panel and retry the action with fewer images.
- When it happens: You trigger an Autopilot action without providing a description or context.
- Cause: Autopilot cannot proceed without input such as prompt, description, or supporting document.
- Solution: Add a meaningful description or attach relevant documents to use as context.
- When it happens: Using the Searching with Autopilot capability results in a timeout error.
- Cause: The search is not allowed or returns no results.
- Solution: Try a simpler or shorter search query.
- When it happens: Searching with Autopilot return no results.
- Cause: The search query does not match any items or is not allowed.
- Solution: Try a different search query.
