### Managing templates for Process description documents (PDD)

With **Template management** you can upload custom templates for exporting the trace diagram as a PDD in Microsoft Word format. Template management allows you to customize templates to align with your business needs, such as incorporating your company logo and branding.

Currently, only Task Mining projects support **Template management**. Other types of projects use the UiPath default template for export to PDD.

### Project settings

We have made the following improvements to Project settings:

* The **Auto save** option allows you to enable or disable [Autosave](https://docs.uipath.com/task-mining/automation-cloud-public-sector/latest/user-guide/autosave) for the project.
* The **Preview actions** option allows you to show action images by default when loading the trace graph.

### Standard operating procedure

You can now export a trace diagram as a Standard operating procedure in Microsoft Word format documenting the business process identified for further analysis, optimization and documentation.

### Other improvements

For **Hotkey** actions, the actual used hotkey is now displayed in the action details within the Step editor. For example, if the user used the backspace hotkey action, the action details display: "Action: **Hotkey (Backspace)**".
