# Creating a Maestro Flow project

> Create a Maestro Flow project in Studio Web by selecting Maestro Flow from the Create New menu, opening the Maestro Flow canvas with a default Manual Trigger node.

To create a Flow project:

1. [Go to Studio Web](https://studio.uipath.com/projects).
2. On the upper-right side of the page, select **Create New**.
3. Select **Maestro Flow**. A new project opens with the Maestro Flow canvas displayed.

The Maestro Flow canvas opens with a default **Manual Trigger** node already placed.

## Explorer

From the **Explorer** panel on the left, you can manage project files. Select the **Add** button to add a new file to your project.
