> September 2026 release notes for Studio Web in Automation Cloud Dedicated and Test Cloud Dedicated.

### Notification when a solution is shared with you

You now receive a notification in the **Notifications** panel when someone shares a solution with you. The notification lets you know who shared the solution and what access level you were granted (view or edit).

### Open solutions in read-only mode

You can now open a solution in read-only mode by selecting **See more** > **Open (read-only)** next to a solution in the Cloud Workspace or Local Workspace. Once the solution is open in read-only mode, you can select the **Edit** button at the top of the designer to switch to edit mode.

For more information, refer to [Managing solutions](https://docs.uipath.com/studio-web/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/managing-solutions#other-solution-actions).

### Read-only sharing for solutions

You can now share a solution with read-only access, without granting edit permissions. Previously, sharing a solution always granted edit access. For more information, refer to [Sharing and collaborating on projects](https://docs.uipath.com/studio-web/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/sharing-and-collaborating-on-projects).

### Improvements

* Overwriting a solution during local debug or publish now skips re-importing projects that have not changed, making save and debug faster for solutions with multiple projects.

### Bug fixes

* The **Save** and **Save & Debug** buttons in the **Debug configuration** window could be selected while a file argument was still uploading, causing the debug run to fail with an argument mismatch error. These buttons are now disabled until the file finishes uploading.
* Debugging a solution that included more than one project type could skip publishing some projects, resulting in missing packages during the debug session. All projects in the solution are now published as expected.
* Pasting an activity copied from a different project could fail with a raw, technical error message. Studio Web now shows a clear message explaining that the activity depends on elements from the original project and can't be pasted.
