## Improvements

### Accurate last operation display for deployments with activation

When installing or upgrading a solution with the **Activate** option enabled, the **Last operation** column in the Deployments table now shows the correct operation. Previously, it could show **Activation Setup** instead of **Install** (or **Upgrade / downgrade**) when activation setup ran in the same session as the deployment; it now consistently reflects the original operation regardless of whether activation setup was needed.

For more information, see [Deployment statuses](https://docs.uipath.com/solutions-management/automation-suite/2.2510/user-guide/checking-the-deployment-status).

### Personal Workspace resources hidden from external deployments

Personal Workspace resources are no longer offered as candidates when you configure a deployment located outside your Personal Workspace, which prevents broken setups when collaborating with others.

When linking or replacing a resource on a deployment in a shared folder (or any folder outside your Personal Workspace), resources stored at any depth in your Personal Workspace are excluded from the candidate list; when the deployment is inside your Personal Workspace, all your accessible resources, including Personal Workspace ones, remain available.

For more information, see [Deploying a solution](https://docs.uipath.com/solutions-management/automation-suite/2.2510/user-guide/deploying-a-solution).

## Bug fixes

We fixed an issue where upgrading a solution deployment could fail when the new package version included resources already installed by the current deployment. The system now detects these conflicts early and surfaces a clear error identifying the affected resources.
