This version fixes the underlying cause of the following error: "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

The error was thrown when `winmgmt` was disabled on your machine and the robot started. Now, the robot starts regardless of `winmgmt` status.
