Platform release notes
The On-premises platform release notes chapter covers release notes for UiPath's on-premises platform: Automation Suite and Private Test Cloud.
What's in this chapter
Platforms covered:
- Automation Suite on Linux — deployed on a dedicated Linux cluster
- Automation Suite on EKS/AKS — deployed on managed Kubernetes (Amazon EKS or Azure AKS)
- Automation Suite on OpenShift — deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- Private Test Cloud on Linux — the on-premises test management platform, deployed on a dedicated Linux cluster
- Private Test Cloud on EKS/AKS — deployed on managed Kubernetes (Amazon EKS or Azure AKS)
- Private Test Cloud on OpenShift — deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
Each release note page covers changes at both the platform level (infrastructure, administration, and cross-product capabilities) and the individual first-party service level (product-specific features and fixes).
How release notes are organized:
Release notes are organized by platform major version (for example, 2.2510.0 or 2024.10.0). Each version page covers the initial release and is followed by Cumulative Update (CU) pages for subsequent patches. Recent pages include:
- Release highlights — a curated summary of the most significant updates in that release. Highlights are not comprehensive.
- Release notes catalog — a table of all products bundled in that version, with deployment status per Automation Suite and Private Test Cloud flavor and links to individual product release notes.
For a complete list of changes, always refer to the individual product release notes linked in the catalog tables.
