Automation Cloud and Test Cloud

Release highlights

The following sections outline some release highlights for UiPath products deployed under Automation Cloud in the September 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026 timeframe. For comprehensive release notes, refer to the individual platform or product release notes.

Automation Cloud Administration and Test Cloud Administration

• Relay access is now controlled by dedicated Relay permissions instead of administrator group membership, so Tenant Administrators can manage Relay Groups without an Organization Administrator role. Custom roles that granted Relay visibility through the Centralized Access Administration page permission must now include Relay > Relay group > View (breaking change).
• Relay now supports TCP-based connections to on-premises systems, starting with SAP BAPI, through an on-prem executor. Container deployments of the Relay client (Docker and Podman) are supported as of September 10, 2026.
• Deleting a Relay Group now immediately stops all Relay clients connected to it, with no drain period.
• The platform API now returns per-tenant robot runtime allocation and usage, and a per-tenant consumption breakdown by process.

Agents

• UiPath Agents in Flow is now generally available. You configure the agent's system prompt, model, schemas, and tools directly on the Flow canvas, and you can chain multiple agents in a single flow.
• You can now build conversational chat agents and real-time voice agents as a Maestro Flow.
• The LLM as Judge guardrail is available in preview. It uses an LLM to evaluate agent prompts, responses, or LLM calls against instructions that you write in natural language.
• Agent design policies in the Studio Web governance policy are now generally available.

Automation Hub

• You can now upload Markdown (.md) process documents and preview them in the document viewer. Custom roles can also be granted view-only access to the Users and User Roles pages.

Automation Ops

• Agent design policies in the Studio Web governance policy are now generally available. They enforce a minimum agent score, a maximum temperature range, maximum tokens per response, human-in-the-loop escalation, and a maximum number of iterations per agent execution.
• The AI Trust Layer policy adds Enable Context Grounding and Enable LLM as Judge guardrail product toggles, both set to Yes by default.

Data Fabric

• You can now model Data Fabric entities inline in VS Code, in preview, using a new Data Fabric Entity project type. Four new Maestro Flow nodes (Query, Create, Update, and Delete entity record) consume these entities without an Integration Service connection.

Integration Service

• You can now call the Integration Service API from a registered external application using OAuth 2.0.
• Connector Builder adds a Global Scripts tab for JavaScript that runs before and after every request a custom connector makes.
• The Snowflake connector adds Microsoft Entra ID authentication, and the Database Hub connector can now connect to Databricks Lakebase.
• The Coupa connector adds a Requisition Comment Added trigger.
• The Microsoft Azure OpenAI connection form now takes the full endpoint URL instead of the resource name.
• Connector search now matches tags and descriptions in addition to names.

IXP

• Bring your own subscription (BYOS) is available in preview, letting Unstructured and Complex Documents projects run on your own Gemini or GPT subscriptions, with discounted consumption rates for projects that run entirely on them.
• Requests from the United Kingdom region for the Gemini 2.5 Flash model now stay in the United Kingdom.

Maestro

• Evaluations for Maestro BPMN are available in preview, letting you group expected outcomes into evaluation sets and score each run with deterministic or LLM-judge evaluators.
• In Maestro Case, the Case Manager Agent (preview) can make orchestration decisions for events that your deterministic rules don't cover, and you can build a case with a coding agent of your choice (preview).
• Maestro Flow Autonomous Agent nodes gain richer MCP tool controls and a Refresh schema before call toggle that keeps tool schemas up to date.
• The v3 CaseApp API adds endpoints to close a case instance and to trigger ad hoc tasks, with an optional taskInput payload.

Orchestrator

• AWS Secrets Manager can now be integrated as a credential store through an Integration Service connection, which supports IAM role-based authentication.
• Orchestrator Credentials Proxy 2.2.2 updates the framework to .NET 10.0.11 and adds Delinea Secret Server as a read-only credential store. Install the .NET 10 Hosting Bundle before you upgrade.
• The Solution deployments, Processes, and Resources registry pages add a Group by option, and the Resources and Processes pages add Labels and Properties columns.

Studio Web

• You can now organize the projects in a solution into nested folders from the Solution Explorer.
• Local debug sessions now upload only the files that changed since the last session, so they start faster.

Test Manager

• Playwright test automation is available in controlled availability to eligible tenants, letting Test Manager run test cases backed by existing Playwright suites (Test Cloud delivery only).
• The UiPath Test Manager connector in Integration Service adds seven activities, including Create Test Step, Get Requirements, and Get Test Cases.
• The requirement details page is redesigned, and the Logs tab of a test execution adds a full-message pop-up with a Copy message button, message search, and a Level filter.

Supply Chain & Retail Solutions: Inventory Management

• Rows whose only problem is an unresolved foreign-key reference are now kept in the destination table and flagged, and a new async_foreign_key validation clears the flag once the parent row is loaded, so tables no longer have to be ingested parent-before-child.

Supply Chain & Retail Solutions: Commercial Pricing, Inventory Management, and Merchandising

• Foreign-key checks now report to the Data Quality Dashboard, with a new FK validation issue rows panel and an Async foreign-key checks panel.

• The Microsoft Entra ID directory integration now supports the Delegated and app-only access scope and the Use cached user tokens for group membership checks option, extending group membership evaluation to unattended automations and service-to-service scenarios.

Integration Service

Automation Cloud Dedicated Admin / Test Cloud Dedicated Admin

• Organization Administrators can now use the Check access API to retrieve effective access for a user, group, or external application across the organization, including tenant-level assignments from every active tenant.

Orchestrator

• Orchestrator now supports multiple NuGet feeds, npm registries, and PyPI indexes instead of a single feed per category.
• The per-queue monitoring dashboard adds a Queue item failures by reason widget, and the Start job dialog lets you pin the Execution settings panel open.
• You can set the maximum job recording duration, up to 15 minutes on the Enterprise plan (Unified Pricing) or the Advanced plan (Flex), and the Job state history timeline now shows why a job was stopped.

Studio Web

• You can now open a solution in read-only mode and share a solution with read-only access without granting edit permissions.
• You now receive a notification when someone shares a solution with you.

Test Manager

• The manual execution assistant now shows the test case description above Precondition, and Excel export of requirements and test cases is now asynchronous with one column per custom field.
• The iText PDF library dependency was removed: reading PDF attachments in the cloud is now text-only, and image extraction from PDF attachments is no longer supported (breaking change).
