## Observed Behavior

The Robot machine becomes unresponsive and shows high CPU usage at some point after starting the process execution. It occurs on Windows 10 v1903 machines.

## Cause

This is a [Microsoft known issue](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/dwmexe-high-cpu-one-core-on-target-system-after/dbce0938-60c5-4051-81ef-468e51d743ab) on Windows 10 v1903 which affects the runtime of the `DWM.exe` file, leading to high CPU usage upon completion of a Remote Desktop session.

## Solution

It is highly recommended to apply the [KB4522355](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4522355/windows-10-update-kb4522355) update on the faulty Windows machine to fix this issue.
