# Context grounding settings

Manage Context Grounding indexes available to the agent. This is different from the [Knowledge](knowledge-settings.md) tab: Context Grounding indexes are Orchestrator-hosted document indexes searched by semantic search, while Knowledge holds entries Delegate and Cartographer save from your own conversations.

Enable the feature first from **Add-ons & Integrations** → **Tools** → **Knowledge**. Once enabled, this tab lists your indexes, with a count, a button to add one, and a refresh control.

If no indexes exist yet, create one in Orchestrator to get started.
