Introduction

There are several optional attributes in the SAP Order-To-Cash Connector that can be used for analyzing the process in AppOne.

Initially not all the optional attributes do have values, but you can add them to your input data. When there are values defined for optional attributes, the attributes will become visible in AppOne.

Example Event URL

In AppOne, the Details - Events dashboard and the Details - Case Overview dashboard contain buttons that enable users to navigate to an external page where additional information is stored related to the case or event at hand.

You can specify the URL in the Event URL expression in the Optional folder in the Events_preprocessing table in the Preprocessing tables section.
