# Optional attributes

> There are several optional attributes in the **SAP Order-to-Cash Connector for AppOne** that can be used for analyzing the process in **AppOne**.

## Introduction

There are several optional attributes in the **SAP Order-to-Cash Connector for AppOne** that can be used for analyzing the process in **AppOne**.

Initially not all the optional attributes do have values, but you can add them to your input data. When there are values defined for optional attributes, the attributes will become visible in **AppOne**.

## Example event URL

In **AppOne**, the **Details - Events** dashboard and the **Details - Case Overview** dashboard contain buttons that enable users to navigate to an external page where additional information is stored related to the case or event at hand.

You can specify the URL in the `Event URL` expression in the **Optional** folder in the `Events_preprocessing` table in the **Preprocessing** tables section.
