The Connector & App Framework defines a set of guidelines for developing UiPath Process Mining Connectors. The intention of the framework is to ensure quality and consistency. This way, connectors adhering to this standard should be easy to install and configure.
It is assumed that you are familiar with developing SQL connectors when developing connectors within Connector & App Framework. See Introduction to SQL connectors for a detailed description on how to configure and use SQL connectors. Additionally, see Setting up a SQL connector for installation instructions on all the required tools.
As part of the standardization, a connector template is available at UiPath/ProcessMining-devkit-connector. This template already contains the correct repository structure, as well as standardized deliverables to help speed up the development process.
The Connector & App Framework contains:
- information and guidelines on all deliverables which make up a connector. See Deliverables for an overview of requirements for the repository for a released connector.
- information on how to release the connector, see Release process.
The Connector & App Framework uses semantic versioning to keep track of changes to the framework. The current version is Connector & App Framework 0.8.1.
