Metrics in the **Order-to-Cash** app template never take Sales order items with missing data into account when the metric is calculated. For example, if a Sales order item does not have a value for the selected category and the metric calculates the average over this category, the Sales order item is not taken into account.

## Timestamps

**Throughput time** is the duration between the event end timestamps of two events that follow each other. In this case, waiting time and idle time are also calculated. **Processing time** is the time actually spent on the event. In this case, waiting time and idle time are not taken into account.
