This section describes the steps to take if you have a valid license but the Process Mining service is not visible.

1. Check the tenant configuration: Ensure that the Process Mining service is enabled for each tenant where it is needed. Process Mining is a tenant-level service, meaning that each tenant's data is segregated, and the service must be enabled for each tenant individually.
2. Verify the license requirements: Make sure you meet the prerequisites for enabling the Process Mining service. Refer to [Enabling the service in Automation Cloud™](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/pm-enabling-the-service-in-automation-cloud#enabling-the-service-in-automation-cloudtm) for more information.
3. Refresh the Process Mining portal: Sometimes, changes may not be immediately visible. Refresh the Process Mining portal page to ensure that any updates or changes are reflected.
