# Process Optimization

## Process Optimization app creation from Maestro failed

### Possible cause

A Process Optimization app with the same app ID was already created. This can occur, for example, when you created a new Process Optimization app from Maestro after you deleted a Process Optimization app linked to the same process.

:::important
When you delete an app, it is temporarily retained in the database. This can lead to problems when creating a new app on the Optimize tab, especially if the new app has the same ID as the deleted one. To prevent this, it is advised to wait for about an hour before creating a new app in the Process Optimization section after deleting an old one.
:::

### Possible solution
1. Go to the **Development** tab in the [Process Mining portal](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/process-mining-portal#process-mining-portal).
2. Locate the Maestro app linked to your process.
   :::tip
   The name of the app is preceded with **(Maestro)**.
   :::
3. Open the context meu for the app in the actions column and select **Delete app**. A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Select **Delete** to confirm.

After about an hour you can create a new Process Optimization app from the **Optimize** tab in Maestro.

## The status of the Process Optimization app remains in Transforming data after data load

In rare cases, the Process Optimization app may remain in the **Transforming data** status after a data load.

### Possible cause

The Process Mining internal system has not received a signal that the data load has finished.

:::note
In this case, future scheduled data loads will not be started.
:::

### Possible solution

Manually cancel the data load.

Follow these steps to cancel the data run.

1. Go to the Process apps tab in the [Process Mining portal](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/process-mining-portal#process-mining-portal).
2. Locate the Maestro app linked to your process.
   :::tip
   The name of the app is preceded with **(Maestro)**.
   :::
3. Open the app context menu and select **Cancel run**. A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Select **Cancel run** to confirm.

Now you can manually start a data load or wait for the next scheduled data load. To manually start a data load, open the app contexxt menu and select **Re-load data**. A new data run is started.
