#### Process Mining tenant-level and service visibility

You can now manage tenant-level and service visibility for the Process Mining service in Automation Cloud. Access to the Process Mining service is controlled based on user permissions.

On an existing tenant, where the **Business User** role is assigned to the **Everyone** group, this can make the Process Mining service visible to all users. In this case, remove this role assignment to restrict Process Mining visibility. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the **Admin** page and select the tenant on which you have Process Mining enabled.
2. Select the **Manage access** tile.
3. In the **Role assignments** list, locate the **Everyone** group that has the **Business User** role assigned.
4. Edit this role assignment for the **Everyone group** and unassign the **Business User** role.

#### Permission management

Access control for Process Mining is now managed through the UiPath standardized authorization model. This ensures consistent permission handling, improved governance, and better alignment with platform-wide security standards.

As existing permissions remain unchanged, this update is not expected to have any functional impact. In the unlikely event that you encounter permission-related issues, such as missing process apps, reach out to the [Automation Cloud support team](https://customerportal.uipath.com/support/add-case) for assistance.

### What is new

#### Root cause analysis

With **Root cause analysis**, you can compare the influence of selected fields on a certain behavior to find significant data influencers for specific process situations. The **Root cause analysis** dashboard now uses a bar chart and automatically analyzes multiple fields at the same time.

You can easily drill down to use layers, which enables you to fix certain fields and then analyze how the combination of certain fields with all other fields influences the outcome of the Root cause analysis.

### Improvements

#### Logic configuration editor

The `COUNT ROWS` operator for aggregate expressions counts the number of rows in the selected table.

You can now select the escape character used to correctly interpret characters that would otherwise be treated as special control characters (such as quotes or delimiters).
