Using **Data Transformations**, you can now easily connect data from a Process Mining app with data from automations run in the UiPath Platform. This gives you an end-to-end view of the processes that are monitored through UiPath.

#### Process Optimization app template

With a Process Optimization process app, you can track the execution of an end-to-end automated process (e.g. a Solution Accelerator, or a Long Running Workflow) through the entire UiPath® platform, including Integration Services, Action Center, Jobs, Queues, and Document Understanding.

### What is new

#### Custom layout for dashboards

You can now create a custom layout for your dashboards. The new dashboard layout tools enable you to add additional charts by splitting the chart placeholders horizontally or vertically, and to delete charts.

### Improvements

#### App permissions

If you have **Edit dashboard** permission for a process app, you are now allowed to import a BPMN model in **Process Manager** and select **Apply to dashboards** to make the BPMN model available for the process app.

### Erratum: February 18, 2025

The `Metadata_PrecomputedValues.SQL` file is still present in the Data transformations for newly created apps. If desired, you can remove the file from a newly created app since it is no longer used.

### Improvements

#### Actions on process apps

We organized the access for actions on process apps and process app data in a more logical way.

* Actions related to the app itself, such as **Manage permissions** and **Clone app**, can only be accessed from the app menu in the actions column on the **Development** tab in the Process Mining portal.
* Any settings of the app can be changed in the edit app experience.

#### App templates

The number of objects and number of events KPIs on the process app card in the Process Mining portal and on the Summary dashboards are now determined automatically instead of calculated from the `Metadata_PrecomputedValues` query in the data transformations.

The `Metadata_PrecomputedValues.SQL` file is no longer available in the Data transformations for newly created apps.

#### Dashboard editor

You can now drag and drop the metrics defined for KPI lists and KPI value list charts to arrange the metrics as desired.

### Other

The ordering of data values in `Ordinal` and `Nominal` database fields has changed.
