[ジョブの概要] ページには、Orchestrator インスタンスの現在のフォルダーに保留中、アクティブ、完了済みのジョブのリアルタイム監視および指標を提供します。これは、[ジョブ] ページから [ジョブの概要] タブをクリックしてアクセスします。
全般ビュー
すべての既存ジョブの情報を集約ベースで表示し、システム内のジョブの全般的な健全性をチェックします。このページでは、データをロボット グループごとに絞り込むことができます。エラー発生時の迅速な対応に役立ちます。また、表示するデータの粒度も制御できます。時間内でのジョブの実行についてより正確な情報を把握できます。
注: 長期実行プロセスを実行するジョブは、断片化または別のロボットによって実行されているかどうかにかかわらず、1 件とカウントされます。
フィルター
- ロボット グループ - データをロボット グループ別にフィルターで絞り込むことができます。クラシック フォルダーでのみ使用できます。
- サブフォルダーを含める - すべてのサブフォルダーの内容を含めるかどうかを選択できます。モダン フォルダーでのみ使用できます。
- 間隔 - データの粒度を制御できます。過去 1 時間または過去 1 日 (過去 24 時間) におけるロボットのアクティビティを表示します。

フィルターを適用すると、専用セクションで特に指定しない限り、すべてのウィジェットに影響を与えます。
プロセスの概要
リアルタイムでジョブと関連するプロセスのステータスをチェックできます。システム全体に影響を与えるような問題が発生していないかを確認できます。各色ブロックは、インスタンスの特定の Robot を表します。ブロックにカーソルを置くと、対応するプロセスとそれを含むフォルダーが表示されます。それぞれが異なるフォルダーにある場合、同じ名前の複数のプロセスを持つことが可能です。プロセスの合計数は、ウィジェット名の後に丸括弧で表示されます。
プロセスは、次のような色付きのブロックで表示されます。

ジョブのステータスが変化すると、それに伴ってチャートがリアルタイムで更新され、ステータスの変化に応じてブロックの色も変化します。ジョブのステータスの詳細については、こちらをご覧ください。ブロックをクリックすると、対応する詳細ビューのページが表示されます。ページの左上の矢印をクリックすると、全般ビューに戻ります。
トリガー済みジョブのステート
現時点で実行中、実行待ち、または停止中のジョブの数が表示されるので、システムの効率を評価できます。ジョブを開始または停止すると、それに伴ってチャートが更新されます。長期実行ワークフローの機能を有効化している場合は、中断したジョブと再開したジョブの指標も、このウィジェットに表示されます。
間隔で絞り込みを行っても、このウィジェットには影響を与えません。
ジョブの実行時のタイムフレーム
実行中のジョブです。指定した間隔のジョブを特定のタイムフレームで分類して表示できます。新しいジョブを開始すると、過去 1 時間のジョブの数が 1 つ増えます。スケジュール内に開始されたジョブも考慮されます。
完了したジョブのタイムライン
ジョブのタイムラインです。指定した間隔のジョブを最終ステータスに従って分類して表示できます。終了した/停止されたジョブの数を全体的に評価できます。ジョブを開始または停止すると、それに伴ってここに表示される情報も自動的に更新されます。ジョブが完了前である限り、このウィジェットでは考慮されません。
ジョブのステータスは、次のとおり色別で表示されます。

完了したジョブの概要
ジョブの最終ステータスの正確な数を表示できます。失敗したジョブまたは停止されたジョブの数を調べることで、システムの健全性を非明示的に確認できます。ジョブを開始または停止すると、それに伴ってこのウィジェットに表示される情報も自動的に更新されます。ジョブが完了前である限り、このウィジェットでは考慮されません。
ジョブのステータスは、次のとおり色別で表示されます。

保留中のジョブに関連する情報を表示できます。適切なフィルターを適用して、予定された実行やそれらが実行されるロボット グループをチェックすることにより、システム負荷を全体的に確認できます。ロボット名は、ウィジェット名の後に丸括弧で表示されます。

現在実行中のジョブに関連する情報を表示できます。現在どのプロセスが実行中か、何回実行されているかを調べることができます。現在実行中のプロセスの合計数は、ウィジェット名の後に丸括弧で表示されます。ジョブを開始または停止すると、それに伴ってここに表示される情報も自動的に更新されます。

エラー フィード
選択したプロセスに関連する、失敗したジョブで発生したエラーのリストを表示できます。エラーは、発生日時の新しいものから古いものの順に表示されます。常に、フィードの最上部に最新のエラーが表示されます。ウィジェット名の後に丸括弧で表示されるエラーの合計数はフィード内の位置とエラーの合計数に従って表示されます。フィードに 453 のエラーがあるとすると、次の動作が発生します。

フィードの最後に到達すると、位置に関係なくエラーの合計数が表示されます。
確認済みのエラーは、無視することができます。ただし、複数のユーザーが同時にフィードをチェックしている可能性があるため、[無視] ボタンは慎重に使用してください。無視されたエラーも、エラー カウンターのカウントに含まれます。エラーが無視されると、その操作を行ったユーザーの名前がツールチップで横に表示されます。エラーを無視するには、[監視] で [編集] 権限を持っていなければなりません。詳細については、こちらをご覧ください。

それぞれの終了済みの実行と対応する指標に関連する情報を表示できます。ロボットが新しいジョブの実行を開始すると、それに伴ってウィジェットに新しいエントリが追加されます。最新のエントリは最上部に表示されます。それに従って、ステータス、実行されているプロセスの名前、キューの名前 (存在する場合) が更新されます。
