### MCP Servers available in public preview

We are excited to announce the public preview of MCP Servers, a powerful new capability that brings the emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) to the UiPath Platform. MCP unlocks seamless interoperability between LLMs or agents and automation tools, enabling greater reach, flexibility, and control in your automation workflows.

With this release, you can build, host, or bring your own MCP Servers, whether native to UiPath, coded externally, or hosted remotely. This enables a wide variety of agentic use cases and integrations.

For more information on this functionality, check the following pages from the **Orchestrator user guide**:

### CreationTime field removed from audit logs

We removed the **CreationTime** field from the assets audit logs, as it was incorrectly included. The **AuditTime** field remains unchanged and is the correct value to reference.

### Recording available at job level

**Erratum, added August 21, 2025:** Due to a mishap on our side, we mistakenly announced that this capability is available.

You can now enable or disable recording at job level when creating a job.

### Renaming files when uploading to storage bucket

You can now rename single files when uploading them to a storage bucket.

### User Form permissions update

#### Erratum, added August 27, 2025

We updated the user form interface to better align with the permissions enforced by the API when creating, editing, or deleting robots:

* The **Personal automation setup** dropdown and the **Enterprise setup** section are now **disabled** if the required Robots permissions are not granted.
* When disabled, users can hover over these fields to see a tooltip explaining why they are unavailable.

### Viewing resource consumption for unattended machines

On the tenant-level **Monitoring** screen, under **Unattended sessions**, you can now display the running, stopping and terminating jobs for each machine in a side panel. For more information, refer to [Unattended sessions](https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/monitoring-unattended-sessions).
