Customer Portal is the self-service portal for organizations, that are using UiPath products, to access UiPath products or platform-related information, and interact with UiPath teams. It is designed to give customers all the required support through a modern experience, and help accelerate their automation journey.

In the Customer portal you can easily access information about the following:

- Tickets d’assistance

The Customer Portal offers faster service through the following:
- Assistance technique 24 h/24 et 7 j/7, y compris la création de cas Premium
- Demande de devis de produit/service
- Enregistrement de licence d’accord d’entreprise (HAPO)
