### What is new

#### Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template

The Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template now combines the **Purchase order item process** and the **Accounting document process**, with separate but related process views.

* The **Process overview**, **Process velocity**, and **Tags overview** dashboards are now available specifically for both the **Purchasing** and **Accounting** parts of the SAP Purchase-to-Pay process.
* The **Accounting quality control** dashboard for the Accounting process is also now available in the Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template.

These dashboards provide insights into KPIs related to the Purchase-to-Pay process in SAP.

You can configure process-specific tags for the Purchase-to-Pay SAP process, related to the Purchase order item process and the Accounting document process, using the following SQL files in the data transformations folder:

* `models\3_business_logic\Tags_purchase_order_items.sql`
* `models\3_business_logic\Tags_accounting_documents.sql`

Check out [Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/purchase-to-pay---sap-app-template) for more information.

#### Thresholds for KPIs

As a developer, you can now define thresholds for metrics in **Data Manager**.

These thresholds can be enabled for KPIs used in **KPI values list** charts and **KPI trends list** charts.

A threshold is a predefined value or limit that helps business users interpret KPI values. It defines what counts as good, bad, or critical performance for the KPI, and these boundaries are visualized directly in the KPI chart.

The following illustration shows an example KPI chart with a threshold for **Automation rate**.

### Improvements

#### Manage file storage for published process apps

**Manage file storage** enables you to preview, download, and delete data files directly from the Azure Blob storage. This can be useful, for example, when you run into issues with data uploading and you need to correct mistakes in the data.

Refer to [Managing file storage](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/managing-file-storage) for more information.

#### Incremental extraction for SAP app templates

You can now configure **incremental extractions** for your SAP process apps using Theobald Xtract Universal.

Refer to [Loading data using Theobald Xtract Universal](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/incremental-extraction-theobald) for more information.

#### Process optimization app

The **Job ID** on the **Process** tab in the **Process data** dashboard is now a link that opens the Job in Orchestrator in a new browser tab.

### What is new

#### Unified Pricing

We are excited to announce Unified Pricing, our innovative licensing paradigm that brings new licensing plans, user licenses, and a consolidated consumption unit. We are also excited to let you know that Process Mining is now available through Unified Pricing and its license consumption is measured by Platform Units. Check out [Unified Pricing](https://docs.uipath.com/process-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/unified-pricing) for more information.

#### Managing input data

You can now delete a table you previously uploaded, directly from the mapping tables page in input data screen.

#### Process Optimization app

Filters set in a Process Optimization app created from Maestro are also applied in the **Optimize** tab in Maestro, and vice versa.

#### Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template

The following process-specific dashboard is available for the Purchase-to-Pay SAP app template:

* **Payment and discount**

This dashboard provides insights into KPIs relevant to the **Purchase-to-Pay** process in SAP related to payments and discounts.

### Other

Previously, the event end could occur before the event start, resulting in negative cycle times. This issue is now resolved. If the event start occurs after the event end, it is automatically set to the event end date. A warning message is displayed in the ingestion log.
