Managing Autopilot for everyone

Autopilot for everyone management takes place in Automation Cloud™, via the Admin > AI Trust Layer card.

Autopilot for everyone uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet as its primary Large Learning Model (LLM) model and requires authorizing Anthropic models for your tenant.

Installing Autopilot installs and deploys the Autopilot solutions package in the Solutions Management. Once installed, the Autopilot solution deploys the following Orchestrator artifacts:

• In Orchestrator, in the selected tenant, look for the Autopilot folder. It should have several subfolders, one for each of the default automation toolset that Autopilot delivers.
• In the Autopilot folder, navigate to the Automations tab > Processes page. It should list the processes for the default automations.

Installing Autopilot for everyone also installs the Enterprise version for Clipboard AI.

Before installing Autopilot for everyone, ensure the following check points:

• UiPath Assistant and Robot version 2024.10.5 or above, Enterprise edition, is installed on your machine
• You are part of an Enterprise plan and hold a user license that enables attended automations, such as Automation Developer, Citizen Developer, Automation Express, or Attended User
• There is an Automation Ops policy to enable third party AI models and Anthropic models in your Automation Cloud™ tenant
• The Document Understanding service is enabled on your tenant
• The personal workspace is enabled for your account

Enabling the Autopilot option and Anthropic models

To enable the Autopilot option and Anthropic models for your tenant:

1. Navigate to Automation Ops in your Automation Cloud™ organization.
2. Create a new product policy for AI Trust Layer (preview).
3. On the Product Toggles tab, make sure the Enable calls to third party AI models through AI Trust Layer option is enabled.
4. On the Models tab, turn on the Anthropic option.
5. Save the policy.
6. Deploy the policy to the tenant where you want to install Autopilot for everyone.

Installing Autopilot for everyone

To install Autopilot for everyone:

1. Navigate to the Admin section in your Automation Cloud™ organization.
2. Select the AI Trust Layer card, and switch to the Autopilot for everyone tab.
3. From the Tenant * dropdown menu, select the tenant where you want to install and deploy Autopilot for everyone. A list of installation prerequisites is displayed. Make sure you check all the prerequisites items, otherwise you may encounter issues while using Autopilot.
4. Once you select a tenant, the Install button becomes active. Select it to install the latest version of Autopilot for everyone.

The installation might take some time, as UiPath performs the following actions:

• Downloads the Autopilot for everyone package
• Deploys the package as a solution in the Solutions Management
• Creates the Autopilot root folder and out-of-the-box automations subfolders inside the selected tenant

• Installs Clipboard AI

When the installation completes, the configuration sections become active.

Updating Autopilot for everyone

Autopilot constantly checks for the latest version. When a new version is available, the deployment section of Autopilot for everyone also displays it.

To update your Autopilot for everyone version:

1. Navigate to the Admin section in your Automation Cloud™ organization.
2. Select the AI Trust Layer card, and switch to the Autopilot for everyone tab.
3. From the Tenant * dropdown menu, select the tenant for which you want to update Autopilot for everyone.
4. Once you select a tenant, an update message and the Update button are displayed. Select Update to install the newest version of Autopilot for everyone.

Updating to a newer version of Autopilot for everyone preserves the configurations you made for the previous versions.

重要:

Review your configurations after updating the version, as new options may be available.

Uninstalling Autopilot for everyone

Uninstalling Autopilot for everyone removes the solution from the Solutions Management, resulting in end users no longer being able to interact with Autopilot within UiPath Assistant. After uninstalling, we recommend to also disable the Autopilot widget within the Assistant, to prevent the display of a Learn more screen.

To uninstall Autopilot for everyone:

1. Navigate to the Admin section in your Automation Cloud™ organization.
2. Select the AI Trust Layer card, and switch to the Autopilot for everyone tab.
3. From the Tenant * dropdown menu, select the tenant from which you want to uninstall Autopilot for everyone.
4. Once you select a tenant, the Uninstall button becomes active. Select it to uninstall Autopilot for everyone.
5. Disable the Autopilot widget as instructed in the Automation Ops documentation.

Configuring Autopilot for everyone

To customize Autopilot for end users, configure the following features:

• Starting prompts - predefined prompts aimed to provide effective instructions for executing common tasks.
• Context grounding - allows you to enable existing Context grounding indexes in Autopilot for everyone, which helps perform searches to complete user queries.
• Automation properties - control how automations are configured in Autopilot for everyone.
• Advanced settings - controls various functionality for Autopilot for everyone, such as file uploads, user notes, or setting a chat history limit.
