サービス スクリプトの実行中にサービスのアップグレードが失敗する

Automation Suite で 2023.10.x にアップグレードする際に、アップグレード前のスクリプトがゼロ以外のコードで終了することが原因でサービスのアップグレードが失敗する。

説明

古いバージョンから 2023.10.x にアップグレードする際に、サービス アップグレード スクリプトが 0 以外の終了コードで突然終了することがあります。この問題は、アップグレード前のスクリプトのいずれか、つまり scale-down-insights-looker-deployment.shが特定のシナリオで失敗した場合に発生します。

終了の出力は、次のように表示されます。

解決策

これを軽減するには、インストーラー ディレクトリにある問題のあるスクリプトを変更する必要があります。スクリプトのパスは Upgrade/scripts/scale-down-insights-looker-deployment.shです。スクリプトから 41 行目を削除し、アップグレードを再度開始する必要があります。行を削除するには、次のコマンドを実行する必要があります。
