TLS 証明書の検証が有効化されていると、AI Center と Document Understanding ポッドの起動に失敗する

OpenShift の Automation Suite で TLS 証明書の検証が有効化されていると、AI Center と Document Understanding のポッドが失敗する場合の解決策。

説明

データベースの TLS 証明書の検証が有効化されている (SQL 接続文字列でtrustservercertificate=false している) と、一部の AI Center と Document Understanding のポッドが Init:CrashLoopBackOffでスタックすることがあります。await-migration-completion init コンテナーがデータベースへの接続に失敗し、ログに TLS/SSL ハンドシェイク エラーが表示されます。

解決策

この問題に対処するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. AI Center と ArgoCD の Document Understanding の自動同期を無効化します。

2. 影響を受ける各デプロイの await-migration-completion init コンテナーに次のボリューム マウントを手動で追加します。

   aistorageおよびaistorage-cleanupの場合:

   - mountPath: /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/java/
     name: java
   - mountPath: /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/edk2/
     name: edk2
   - mountPath: /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/
     name: pem
   - mountPath: /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/openssl/
     name: openssl
   - mountPath: /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/
     name: cert-location
   

   du-digitizerおよびdu-digitizer-cleanupの場合:

   - mountPath: /etc/ssl/certs
     name: cert-trust-store
   - mountPath: /usr/local/share/ca-certificates
     name: cert-location
   

   注:

   これらのボリュームはポッド レベルで既に定義されており、init コンテナーにマウントするだけで済みます。

3. 自動同期を再度有効にします。
