連携を理解する

このガイドでは、SAP の管理者ユーザー向けに SAP のエンティティの UiPath へのマッピングについて説明します。

組織構造

UiPath は、SAP のすべての顧客に対して一意の組織を作成し、一意のディレクトリと組み合わせます。さらに、SAP のディレクトリに関連付けられているサブアカウントそれぞれに、UiPath の組織内にテナントを作成します。UiPath システムは基本的に、SAP のディレクトリ構造とそれにリンクされたサブアカウントを、対応する UiPath の組織とそれぞれのテナントに反映させます。

UiPath のテナントは、そのテナントに対応する SAP のサブアカウントと同じリージョン内に設定されます。利用可能な UiPath リージョンについて詳しくは、「データ所在地」をご覧ください。

ユーザー認証

ユーザーは、SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) を介してサインインするか、UiPath 経由で直接サインインできます。どちらの方法でも、検証のために SAP のアイデンティティ プロバイダーにリダイレクトされます。

ロールとアクセス権

SAP の各ロールは UiPath の 1 つのロールに対応しており、その UiPath のロールを通じて特定の UiPath リソースへのアクセスが付与されます。

Orchestrator のロール

ロールと、ロールに含まれる権限により、Orchestrator のリソースと操作に対するアクセス レベルを正確に制御し、特定のアクティビティを実行するために必要な権限を各ユーザーに正確に付与できます。

SAP 固有のロールは、SAP プラットフォームで各ユーザーに付与されている認可に基づいて自動的に付与されます。したがって、各ロールの定義を Orchestrator のインターフェイスで確認することはできますが、そのロールの権限を編集することは一切できません。
