When you fetched new predictions, the outdated predictions banner was incorrectly displayed alongside the loading indicator.

### Improved latency for page thumbnails and annotation view

Page thumbnails and document pages in the annotation view now load faster.

### Bug fixes

* In some cases, the documents table from the **Build** tab failed to load after creating a project and importing a taxonomy.
* Some documents became available too quickly after upload, which triggered an error stating that the document was not found.
