### Header enhancement

We have simplified the header to create a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. All IXP-specific functionalities are now grouped together within the IXP sub-header. These functionalities include the dataset and project selectors, and access to **Administration** when you are in a dataset or project.

### Improved experience for users without project access

Previously, if you lacked access to any IXP projects, the system would redirect you to the **My Account** page in **Administration** until you gained access to at least one project. Now, you land on the IXP homepage and are notified in the dataset or project tables if you lack permissions for Communications Mining or Unstructured and Complex Documents, along with guidance on how to request access.
