## Does IXP in Flow use specialized or generative AI?

IXP in Flow uses generative AI via third-party large language models (LLMs). It is not possible to use IXP in Flow without generative AI. Support for fine-tunable models is planned for a future release.

## Does IXP in Flow go through the AI Trust Layer (AITL)?

Yes. IXP in Flow uses third-party LLMs, and all IXP capabilities that use third-party LLMs go through the UiPath AITL.

## Which LLMs does IXP in Flow use?

You can select one of the following extraction models in the **Model configuration** section of the **Extract** node:

* gpt-4o
* gpt-5.1-2025-11-13 (preview)
* gpt-5.4-2026-03-05 (preview)
* Gemini 2.5 Flash
* Gemini 2.5 Pro (preview)
* Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview (preview)
* Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite (preview)

## Does IXP in Flow enable bring your own subscription (BYOS)?
