You can use search in either **Explore** or **Discover** pages, switching from cluster mode through the dropdown menu, to search for messages containing specific terms or phrases. The platform highlights occurrences of your search terms within the messages as shown in the following section.

You can then [review](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/cm-user-guide/reviewing-verbatims) predicted labels or [apply](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/cm-user-guide/applying-labels) your own labels to the messages.

## Differences between search in Explore and Discover

The key difference between searching in the **Discover** and **Explore** pages, are:

* In **Discover** you can annotate search results in bulk, similar to annotating clusters, while in **Explore** you annotate them individually.
* Unlike **Discover**, **Explore** returns an approximate total number of messages that match your search term as shown in the following images. This can be very useful when trying to estimate how many examples there may be in your dataset before creating a label, if there are terms very closely linked to the label concept.
