You must have assigned **IXP Service Admin** role as an Automation Cloud user, or the **View users** or **Modify users** permissions as a legacy user. These allow you to [create new users](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/cm-user-guide/managing-access-legacy#creating-a-new-user-(non-automation-cloud-admins)), [delete existing users](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/cm-user-guide/managing-access-legacy#deleting-or-removing-a-user-(legacy)), as well as [update their permissions](https://docs.uipath.com/ixp/automation-cloud/latest/cm-user-guide/managing-access-legacy#updating-roles-and-permissions-(legacy)).

To access the **Projects** page, go to the **Administration** page, and select **Manage Access**. The **Projects** page allows you to select a project so you can view and search for other users in that project.

Legacy users can select the correct organization through the drop-down menu of **All projects**.

In the **Projects** column, users can view the other projects that each user belongs to, as long as they are also in those projects.
