This page explains the available options to get communications data in and out of Communications Mining™.

To manage integrations, go to the **Administration** page and select the **Integrations** tab in the UiPath® IXP service.

* Although integrations are part of
the IXP **Administration** page, they are specific to Communications Mining projects.
* All data upload and download
options described in the Common Integration Scenarios diagram require specific integration permissions. For more details, check [Roles and their underlying permissions](https://docs.uipath.com/communications-mining/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/managing-access#roles-and-their-underlying-permissions-(automation-cloud)).
* The following data types are
supported:
  + .eml
  + .msg
  + .pst
  + .csv through the user
  interface
  + anything uploaded via the API, including automations.
