The following events are supported for the UiPath Zendesk Connector:

• New Record Created
• Existing Record Updated

The Connector supports events via Polling for Zendesk only on the following objects:

• groups
• organizations
• requests
• tickets
• users

Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, see the Triggers documentation.
